Connecteam — IT Setup Guide

This guide is for IT administrators and Connecteam account owners. Connecteam connects to SIA through Composio — a managed connection service that handles authentication with a single sign-in. There's nothing to generate ahead of time.

Once setup is complete, your HR team can start using SIA's capabilities directly from Connecteam. See the Connecteam HR Workflow Guide for what they can do from there.

All you need is a login to Connecteam with enough permissions to approve a third-party integration, usually an admin or owner account. There's nothing to generate or copy ahead of time.

1. Log in to your SIA account
2. Click your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner
3. Click Connectors from the menu
4. You'll land on the Connectors page

1. Search for Connecteam by name
2. Click Connect on its tile

1. You'll be redirected to Connecteam's own sign-in page
2. Log in with an account that has permission to approve integrations
3. Review the permissions SIA is requesting and click Approve

1. Once you approve, you're redirected back to SIA automatically
2. The Connecteam tile now shows Connected

Nothing to copy or paste at any point — the entire flow runs through Connecteam's own login screen.

To enable automatic syncing of your Connecteam data with SIA, reach out to the Senseloaf team at support@senseloaf.com. The team will configure and enable the bidirectional sync for your organisation.
