Report Cards bring together evaluation insights from Resume Matching, AI Prescreening, and AI Interview into a single, decision-ready profile. Instead of switching between tools or opening resumes separately, you get a complete, verifiable view of a candidate's capability, fit, and readiness — all in one place.

Each agent in your workflow has its own dedicated report card, structured to surface the most relevant evaluation data for that stage.

Shows how well a candidate's resume aligns with the job role and your configured matching strategy. It translates matching signals into clear, explainable insights to support early shortlisting decisions.

The AI Matching report card is split into two panels:

• Left panel — overall summary, role context snapshot, and criteria-level evaluation breakdown
• Right panel — parsed resume view for verifying evaluation signals against the source data

Shows how a candidate performed in prescreening — covering eligibility, intent, and baseline role fit based on their responses.

The AI Prescreening report card is split into two panels:

• Left panel — prescreening summary, response evaluation, core signals, and completion status
• Right panel — structured view of the candidate's question responses and timestamps

Shows how a candidate performed in the AI interview — combining performance signals, behavioural insights, and integrity indicators to give you a complete view of interview readiness and role fit.

The AI Interview report card is split into two panels:

• Left panel — interview evaluation including competency assessment and integrity indicators
• Right panel — structured view of the candidate's question responses and full conversation transcript so you can validate the evaluation against what was actually said.
