AI Prescreening Report Card

A structured view of how candidates responded during prescreening

1 min readUpdated Nov 1, 2026

The Prescreening Report Card evaluates candidate eligibility, intent, and baseline role fit based on their responses to prescreening questions. It helps you confirm mandatory requirements, identify disqualifiers, and understand early-stage readiness before moving candidates to interviews.

1. Layout

The Prescreening Report Card is organised into two complementary panels that work together — evaluation on the left, evidence on the right.

Prescreening Report Card
  • Left panel — Prescreening evaluation: summary, core signals, disqualifier signals, and completion status
  • Right panel — Candidate responses: structured view of question responses, selected options, and timestamps

This layout lets you understand why a candidate passed or failed prescreening while reviewing the exact responses that informed the evaluation, side by side.
