What's included
#- Interview summary — an overview of overall performance, strengths, and areas of concern
- Competency evaluation — role-specific skills assessed from interview responses
- Behavioural signals — communication clarity, relevance, and professionalism
- Integrity indicators — guardrail and proctoring signals surfaced during the interview
- Communication trail — interview invites, reminders, and completion notifications
1. Layout
#The AI Interview Report Card is organised into two complementary panels that work together — evaluation on the left, evidence on the right.
- Left panel — Interview evaluation: core insights including summary, competency assessment, behavioural signals, and integrity indicators
- Right panel — Interview responses and transcript: a structured view of the candidate's answers, question flow, and full conversation transcript
This layout lets you assess how a candidate performed while validating those conclusions against exactly what they said — side by side.
2. Interview evaluation
#a. Interview summary
A concise view of overall performance, highlighting readiness, strengths, and areas of concern. Use this as your starting point — it helps you quickly decide whether to proceed or review the deeper insights before making a call.
b. Proctoring Details
Surfaces guardrail and proctoring signals such as inappropriate language, evasive behaviour, or potential integrity risks. These are not automatic disqualifiers — use them alongside the full transcript to interpret interview outcomes fairly and in context.
c. Competency evaluation
Assesses role-specific skills demonstrated in responses, including problem-solving, decision-making, and practical knowledge. Ensures candidates meet the functional expectations of the role based on what they actually said in the interview, not just what's on their resume.
d. Behavioural signals
Evaluates communication clarity, relevance, and professionalism during the interview. Helps you determine whether the candidate is a fit for the working environment and collaboration expectations of the role — beyond just their technical ability.
