Job Writing Agent
Define your role and let AI do the heavy lifting
The Job Writing Agent is where every hiring workflow on Senseloaf begins. It reads whatever you give it, a quick description, a pasted JD, or an uploaded document, and turns it into a clean, structured job configuration that powers everything downstream: resume matching, prescreening, interviews, and automation.
You don't fill out long forms. You just describe the role, and SIA handles the rest.
Note: If your organization has connected Senseloaf to an ATS or HRIS, this step can be skipped — jobs will sync automatically and don't need to be created manually.
What this agent does
#- Helps you define a job role through AI, paste, or file upload
- Automatically generates a structured job configuration from your input
- Passes job context to all downstream agents (Resume Matching, Prescreening, Interviews)
Defining your job role
There are two ways to create your job description. Pick whichever fits your situation best.
Option 1 — Write with AI
Describe the role in plain language and let AI generate a full job description for you. You don't need to write anything formal, just tell Senseloaf what you're looking for, and it'll build the JD from there.
How to use it:
- Select Write with AI
- Type a short description of the role in the prompt field
- Hit the arrow — Senseloaf will create a complete, structured job description
Example prompt:
"Hiring a Customer Success Manager with 3–6 years of experience handling enterprise SaaS customers in Seattle."
That's all you need. Senseloaf will fill in responsibilities, requirements, and everything else based on your input.
Be specific about experience range, location, and any non-negotiables — the more context you give, the more accurate the output.
Option 2 — Upload a job document
Prefer to work from a file? Upload your job document directly and Senseloaf will read it and extract the job details automatically.
How to use it:
- Select Upload a Job Document
- Upload your file
- Senseloaf reads the document and builds the job configuration from it
Supported formats: All major file formats are supported
Reviewing and editing the generated job
#Once Senseloaf processes your input, regardless of which option you used, it generates a structured job configuration you can review and refine before moving on.
You can edit any part of the output directly. If something doesn't look right or you want to add more detail, update it here before continuing to the next step.
The job configuration you finalise here becomes the foundation for your entire workflow. The Resume Matching strategy, Prescreening questions, and Interview questions are all generated based on this — so it's worth taking a moment to get it right.
What happens next
#Once you're happy with the job configuration, you move on to the next step in your workflow — setting up the agents that will evaluate candidates.
The job context you've defined here carries through automatically. You won't need to re-enter role details at any later stage.
