Remote Retrieval — IT Setup Guide
One-time setup steps to connect Remote Retrieval to SIA
This guide is for IT administrators and Remote Retrieval account owners. Remote Retrieval connects to SIA through Composio — a managed connection service that handles authentication with a single sign-in. There's nothing to generate ahead of time.
Once setup is complete, your HR team can start using SIA's capabilities directly from Remote Retrieval — see the Remote Retrieval HR Workflow Guide for what they can do from there.
Note: Connecting Remote Retrieval to SIA connects it for your entire organisation, not just your account. Disconnecting it turns it off for everyone — confirm with your team before making any changes.
Before you begin
#All you need is a login to Remote Retrieval with enough permissions to approve a third-party integration — usually an admin or owner account. There's nothing to generate or copy ahead of time.
Step 1 — Open Connectors in SIA
#- Log in to your SIA account
- Click your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner
- Click Connectors from the menu
- You'll land on the Connectors page
Step 2 — Find Remote Retrieval and connect
#- Search for Remote Retrieval by name
- Click Connect on its tile
Step 3 — Authorise access
#- You'll be redirected to Remote Retrieval's own sign-in page
- Log in with an account that has permission to approve integrations
- Review the permissions SIA is requesting and click Approve
Step 4 — Back in SIA
#- Once you approve, you're redirected back to SIA automatically
- The Remote Retrieval tile now shows Connected
Nothing to copy or paste at any point. The entire flow runs through Remote Retrieval's own login screen.
Enable automatic syncing
#To enable automatic syncing of your Remote Retrieval data with SIA, reach out to the Senseloaf team at support@senseloaf.com. The team will configure and enable the bidirectional sync for your organisation.
What happens once connected
#Once Remote Retrieval is connected, SIA begins syncing data automatically. No further setup required from IT. For a full overview of what the HR team can do from here, see the Remote Retrieval HR Workflow Guide.
