# Connecteam — IT Setup Guide

This guide is for IT administrators and Connecteam account owners. Connecteam connects to SIA through Composio — a managed connection service that handles authentication with a single sign-in. There's nothing to generate ahead of time.

Once setup is complete, your HR team can start using SIA's capabilities directly from Connecteam. See the Connecteam HR Workflow Guide for what they can do from there.

> **Note:** Connecting Connecteam to SIA connects it for your **entire organisation**, not just your account. Disconnecting it turns it off for everyone — confirm with your team before making any changes.

### Before you begin

All you need is a login to Connecteam with enough permissions to approve a third-party integration, usually an admin or owner account. There's nothing to generate or copy ahead of time.

### Step 1 — Open Connectors in SIA

1. Log in to your SIA account
2. Click your **Profile icon** in the bottom-left corner
3. Click **Connectors** from the menu
4. You'll land on the **Connectors** page

### Step 2 — Find Connecteam and connect

1. Search for **Connecteam** by name
2. Click **Connect** on its tile

### Step 3 — Authorise access

1. You'll be redirected to Connecteam's own sign-in page
2. Log in with an account that has permission to approve integrations
3. Review the permissions SIA is requesting and click **Approve**

### Step 4 — Back in SIA

1. Once you approve, you're redirected back to SIA automatically
2. The Connecteam tile now shows **Connected**

Nothing to copy or paste at any point — the entire flow runs through Connecteam's own login screen.

### Enable automatic syncing

To enable automatic syncing of your Connecteam data with SIA, reach out to the Senseloaf team at <support@senseloaf.com>. The team will configure and enable the bidirectional sync for your organisation.

### What happens once connected
