# Candidate View

The Candidate Listing brings your entire hiring pipeline into a single, unified view. Search, filters, grades, and candidate actions are all in one place.

### What's new

The Candidate Listing has been redesigned to be cleaner and easier to work with:

* **Single unified view** — all candidates across all stages are listed together in one place, replacing the previous tab-based layout
* **AI Smart Search and Smart Filters** — search using natural language or apply precise criteria-based filters directly from the listing
* **Click to open report card** — click on any candidate's name to open their full report card without navigating away
* **Rearrangeable columns** — reorder columns in the listing to suit how you prefer to review candidates

#### Viewing your candidates

All candidates are listed in a single format regardless of which stage they're in. Each row shows key details at a glance, grades, stage, industry snapshot, status, and last activity, so you can triage quickly without opening every profile.

**Opening a report card**

Click on any candidate's name to open their full report card directly. This includes their matching insights, prescreening responses, interview evaluation, and activity history, all in one place.

**Rearranging columns**

You can reorder the columns in the listing to match how you prefer to work. Drag and drop column headers to arrange them in the order that makes most sense for your workflow.

#### Searching and filtering

**AI Smart Search**

Type a query in plain language at the top of the listing and Senseloaf surfaces the matching candidates instantly.

Examples:

*"Top candidates with expired interviews in the last 10 days"*

*"React developers in Bangalore with grade A"*

**Smart Filters**

For precise filtering, use the Smart Filters panel on the left. Filter by overall grade, agent-specific grades, prescreening and interview status, industry snapshot, work history, education, location, and more.

### Adding candidates

To add and evaluate new candidates, click **Screen Candidates** in the top-right corner.

* Upload resumes for up to 50 candidates at a time
* Every candidate is evaluated automatically using your configured matching strategy
* Each candidate is graded and assigned a score

### Row-level actions

Each candidate row includes actions you can take without leaving the listing view. Open the actions menu (⋯) on any row to:

* Communication History
* Trigger AI Prescreening
* Trigger AI Interview
* Move to Shortlist
* Move to Disqualified
* Favourite the candidate
